CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULES + NO SHOW POLICY • 50% fee for ANY and ALL cancellations & reschedules. Except “same day” • NO SHOWS + SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee! • If you are booked for multiple services in a single visit and REQUEST TO REMOVE ANY SERVICE the day of appointment, that will be considered a SAME DAY CANCELLATION & 100% fee will still apply. • There is a 10 min grace period for ALL appointments. Please arrive ON TIME. If you arrive after the 10 min grace period, your appointment will be CANCELED & a 100% fee will be charged. • COVID/SICK CANCELLATION POLICY: Unfortunately, it is widely understood now that COVID-19 is here to stay for the foreseeable future.
